Refund Policy

True Market Mavens wants you to be ecstatic about your new purchase.  But if you need to cancel a subscription or educational product, we're here to help.

True Market Mavens offers “eletter" subscription services, online educational products and market data, tools and algorithmic alert subscription services.

We appreciate the fact that you like to use the awesome services we provide. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether you’re signed up with a subscription, educational product, web-series, webinar or anything we provide.

(To make it easier, we’ll refer to these entities as the “True Market Mavens Services” in this policy.)

As with any purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at True Market Mavens. The main thing to remember is by placing an order or making a purchase at True Market Mavens, you agree to the terms set forth below along with True Market Mavens Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Standard Refund Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when canceling a service purchased from True Market Mavens:

  • You have 60 calendar days from the original date of purchase to cancel your "subscription services" for a full refund.  Cancellation requests after the 60-day cancellation window will receive a prorated refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.  Our current subscription services include Sector Hunter, and Technical Analysis Millionaire Tools (TAM Tools).
  • You have 30 days from the original date of purchase to cancel online courses for the cost of the course, for a full refund.  Our current online course is "Technical Analysis Millionaire".
  • We will politely ask the reasoning for the cancel for quality improvement purposes.

There are some services or productions, however, that are ineligible for a refund, including:

  • Live webinars or live webinar series
  • "One-off" research reports
  • Live seminar presentations that are not canceled within two weeks prior to the event

 

How to Cancel A Service:

True Market Mavens does not accept cancellation requests via email but you can simply call our customer care department, toll free, at 855.822.0269 or if calling from outside the U.S. (exit country code) +1.561.206.1207.

Please have the credit card available with which you used to make the original purchase and request a cancellation form.  We require that you fill out this simple form and send it to us either by scanning and emailing it, faxing it or sending it regular mail.

Refunds

Once we receive your cancellation form, a refund is initiated immediately.  Refunds may take 24-48 hours to process but will be calculated based on the date the refund request form is received.  For payments made by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Exchanges

Items that are eligible for exchange are subscription products such as

  • Sector Hunter
  • TAM Tools
  • Live webinars or live webinar series
  • "One-off" research reports
  • Live seminars as long as the exchange request is made within two weeks prior to the live event
